Vadio AS provides a cloud-based video platform for meetings, inspections, documentation, advisory services, and remote support. The Service may include, among other things:
- Real-time video and audio communication
- recordings, screenshots, and documentation
- chat, notes, and visual annotations
- transcription and summaries
- geolocation data for documentation and calculation of sustainability and CO₂ impact
Available functionality may vary depending on the selected subscription plan and is continuously developed and improved.

3. Privacy, Roles, and GDPR
By using the Service, you consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with Vadio AS’s applicable Privacy Policy, available at https://vadio.io/privacy-policy.
- The Customer is the data controller for personal data processed through the Service.
- Vadio AS acts as a data processor and processes personal data solely on the Customer’s documented instructions.
- Vadio uses selected subprocessors to deliver the Service, including for video, storage, security, and transcription.
- All subprocessors are contractually bound to comply with GDPR and are listed in Vadio’s Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
Vadio does not use customer data for advertising, resale, or training of third-party models.

You are responsible for all content, data, and information uploaded, shared, or processed through the Service, and for ensuring that such use complies with applicable laws and regulations.

Vadio AS is not responsible for the content processed through the Service but may take appropriate measures if use violates these Terms or applicable law.

6. Availability and Limitation of Liability
Vadio AS strives for high availability; however, the Service is provided “as is.”
Vadio AS shall not be liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, or losses resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including failures of subprocessors, networks, or third-party systems.

7. Changes to the Terms
Vadio AS may update the Terms as necessary. Material changes will be notified via the website or email. Continued use of the Service after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Suspension and Termination
Vadio AS reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if the Terms are violated, or in cases of misuse, security incidents, or legal requirements.
