We calculate the price per user per month. In the admin panel, you can see how much has been used in terms of both minutes and storage space. Additional costs will incur when the storage limit is reached, and you will be notified in advance when the limit is approaching. Costs also apply for optional add-on features such as AI.

Yes, it is possible to order additional storage space. This costs $85 per month for an extra 100GB of storage.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade the plan yourself. This can be easily done under Settings - Billing.

You can schedule meetings and view them in the calendar. If you wish to add a booking form with the calendar function integrated with Vadio, we are happy to assist you with this.

You can add as many users as you want in Vadio. They will each have their own account where they can invite and schedule video inspections in their own admin panel. If you need specific access rights for your employees, you can contact us, and we will arrange it.

The inspection log allows you to view recordings, screenshots, take notes, and see the address where an inspection was conducted (requires Premium plan and use of geolocation during the meeting).

With the Premium plan, you have the option to replace the Vadio logo and customize the appearance with your own logo, colors, and domain.
