Is there a binding period with Vadio?
No, Vadio does not have a binding period. When you stop a plan, it will only run for the agreed period.
Do I need to download anything to use Vadio?
No, neither you nor your customers need to download anything to use Vadio.
Are there any limitations on using Vadio?
You choose which features you want by selecting the appropriate plan. If you have specific requests that the plans cannot provide, we encourage you to contact us so we can see how we can assist you.
How is the price calculated?
We calculate the price per user per month. In the admin panel, you can see how much has been used in terms of both minutes and storage space. Additional costs will incur when the storage limit is reached, and you will be notified in advance when the limit is approaching. Costs also apply for optional add-on features such as AI.
Can I order more storage space?
Yes, it is possible to order additional storage space. This costs $85 per month for an extra 100GB of storage.
Can I change the plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade the plan yourself. This can be easily done under Settings - Billing.
Schedule an inspection?
You can schedule meetings and view them in the calendar. If you wish to add a booking form with the calendar function integrated with Vadio, we are happy to assist you with this.
How many users can I add to my account?
You can add as many users as you want in Vadio. They will each have their own account where they can invite and schedule video inspections in their own admin panel. If you need specific access rights for your employees, you can contact us, and we will arrange it.
Inspection log?
The inspection log allows you to view recordings, screenshots, take notes, and see the address where an inspection was conducted (requires Premium plan and use of geolocation during the meeting).
Own logo and domain?
With the Premium plan, you have the option to replace the Vadio logo and customize the appearance with your own logo, colors, and domain.
